Magnetic Dots

One finger, four orientations, 120 puzzles with a proven shortest solution.

Один палец, четыре ориентации, 120 уровней с доказанным минимумом ходов.

Press a dot and its neighbours turn to face it. Hold to reach further. Every level is generated and then solved: the move count you are shown is the real minimum, not an estimate.

  • 120 levels in four blocks, each teaching one new thing
  • A tutorial that shows the rule instead of explaining it
  • Locked magnets and reversed polarity later on
  • Every state has a shape, not only a colour

How it works

Every rule below is playing for real — the same game, driven by a script instead of your finger. Nothing here is tappable.

  • Pressing pulls the neighbors

Your finger is a blue pole. Every dot within reach turns its red half toward it. The dot you press doesn't move — it is the source.

  • The dim ring is the goal

Each dot's dim outer ring shows how it must end up. Match them and the ring goes green; match every dot and the level is solved.

  • Hold to reach farther

A tap reaches the closest dots only. Keep holding and the power ring grows step by step, taking in dots further out. The move counts when you lift your finger.

  • The later press wins

Presses don't add up. When two of them reach the same dot, it simply faces the last one — pressing twice in a row changes nothing.

  • Reverse dots turn away

A dot marked with two diamonds has its poles swapped: it shows the field its blue half and turns away from your finger instead of toward it.

  • Locked magnets don't turn

A dot held by four brackets is fixed: no field turns it. You can still press it, and it will turn its neighbors like any other.
